He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Szewczyk and John Sisofo; his wife MaryAnn Daniele; and his brother John Sisofo. He is survived by: his son Ed Kuszmaul (Maria); and his grandchildren, Gina Madison (Don), Kevin Kuszmaul, Tyler and Dylan Madison. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
