She was predeceased by : her husband Raymond Kushkowski; and her parents, Warren Sallade and Helen Zebrek Sallade. She is survived by : her children, Gary Buchanich (Sandy) of Rockford and Christy Hogue (Cody) of Petrolia; her stepdaughter Michele Antal (Mark) of Maryland; her grandchildren, Jordan (Bryanna), Zander, Allison, Emily, Issac and Mark David; her great grandchild Ava Jordan "AJ"; and her sisters, Karen Moody of Natrona Heights and Cindy Gould (Tim) of Leechburg. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
