She was predeceased by : her parents, Jeremiah Clarence and Nancy Arlene Bowser (Guntrum); her husband Herman A. Cowell; her son Dale L. Ramsey; her siblings, Clarence Bowser and Blanche Bowser; and her brother-in-law Hardee Drayer.
She is survived by : her pet Boomer; and her sisters, Joan Custer (Ronald) of Rimersburg and Jean Drayer of Sheakleyville, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
