He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Schnee (Graupp) and Otto F. Schnee; and his siblings, Anna Ruth (Schnee), William, Otto and Joseph.
He is survived by: his wife Doris A. Schnee (Rogers); his daughter Vicki Norce (Schnee) of Womelsdorf; and his granddaughters, Toni Norce and Heather Baker. He is also survived by his wife, Frank is survived by his 2 sons.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Frank's memory may be made to the St. Francis De Sales Parish Catholic Church (Robesonia), Children's Home of Reading, Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (Annville), or Wounded Warrior Project.
