Foltz (Wartluft); his parent Marion Foltz (Parsons); his son Ricky L. Foltz; his grandson Reece Foltz of Concord, N. C.; his sister Jacqueline (Foltz); his spouse Ron Bowers; and also, Karen Ulrich (Foltz) and Sara. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
