He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, John Thomas Lugaila, Beth Caldwell (Paul) and Sandra Kutchman (Keith); his grandchildren, Brian, Kevin and Mia; and his siblings, Bill (Lois), Richard (Marge), Dorothy Leonhiser (Butch), Louise Muha (Fran), Loretta Barthelemy (Ray), Patty Smith (Bob) and Rita Girvin (Chuck). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
