She was predeceased by: her parent Gloria Teets. She is survived by: her parent Ronald Hess (Muriel); and her siblings, Kimberly Hess, Ronald Hess, Jr. (Sandi), Samantha Shannon (Pat) and Kelly Aultz (Mike). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
