It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth C. Dowler (Robinson, Pennsylvania), born in Bulger, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 24, 2018, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Samuel G. Culley. She is survived by: her parent Martha A. Scott Culley; her spouses, Harry B. Dowler and August; her children, Don C. Dowler of Burgettstown, Lee W. Dowler of Meadville and Amy J. Longo (Sam) of Moon Township; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Benjamin, Ross and Neil; and her daughter-in-law Dianne Dowler. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
