With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Allen W. Milligan IV of Rochester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 25, 2020 at the age of 20. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandmother Fran Davis; and his great-grandparents, Amelda Bixler, Albert F. Giralico, Allen W. Sr. and Josephine Milligan.
He is survived by: his parents, Allen W. III and April Luktisch Milligan III; his son Allen W. Milligan V; his siblings, Keith, Ace Milligan, Kate Wherry (Tim Casto), Karleigh Milligan (Tyler Bennett), Amanda and Aleah Milligan; his grandparents, Daniel Davis, Allen W. Jr. and Doris Milligan (Dori); his great-grandparents, Ralph Bixler and Mary Jane Giralico; and his aunt Jodi Shaffer. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
