She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Lewis and Bessie Lewis (Sparks); her husband Charles E. Tolbert; and her siblings, Donald, Daniel Lewis, Betty Curcio and Joy Belle Trombetto.
She is survived by: her daughters, Toni Jacobsson (Randy) and Lori Tolbert (Richard); her grandchildren, Jake and Jessica Jacobsson; and her sister-in-law Thelma Lewis. She is also survived by three step-granddaughters; eight step great-grandchildren.
