He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Feltes, Jr. and April Gelston-Feltes; his siblings, Mackenzie (Brandon), Aubrye, Nicholas, Tanner and Nycole; his grandparents, Tammy Stroud-Penton, Joseph and Diana Feltes, Sr.; his great-grandparent Clara Cukrovany; and his aunts and uncles, Shawn (Heather), Michael Jr. (Sheila) and Dawn (John).
