Frances G. Rankin Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances G. Rankin of Rochester, Pennsylvania, born in Freedom, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 5, 2020 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Christopher Whipple and Florence Bird Whipple; her husband Lyle S. Rankin; her son Gale; her daughter-in-law Sue Patti; and her siblings, Vera Krepps, Mary DeVito, John, Ralph, Frank, Harold "Shinny", Thomas, Clarence "Fat", Roy, Tug and Mike Whipple.
She is survived by: her children, Faye P. Acon and John; her daughter-in-law Leslie Rizzi; her grandchildren, Michelle, Jason, Jodi, Tina (Bob), Crystal and Paige; and her great grandchildren, Jocelyn, Faith, Tyler and Karli. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID 19 restrictions, the family is having private visitation and services, limited to 25 people, masks must be worn.
The family wishes memorial contributions be made to the Beaver County Cancer and Heart Association, 3582 Brodhead Road Suite 201, Monaca, PA 15061.
