She was predeceased by: her parent Charles P. Sr.; her husband John L. Lucas; and her siblings, Anthony Jr., Helador Jr., James Jr., Jesse Jr., Charles P. Frank Jr., Mary LaRose, Elizabeth Pisano, Helen VanDorne and Katherine Frank.
She is survived by: her parent Mary Bernard Frank; her spouse Ross Dairy Restaurant; her brothers, Donald A. Frank, Rochester Frank, Joseph J. Frank and Rochester Twp; her sister-in-law Dorothy Frank; and also, Westinghouse Corp, Vanport and Rochester.
