He was predeceased by: his parent Arthur L.; and his uncle Bernard Utzinger. He is survived by: his parent Kathryn Frantz (Utzinger); his spouse Betty M. Bennett Frantz; his child Frederick C. Frantz, Jr.; his wife Denise of DuBois; his brothers, Leroy Frantz of Rochester, N. Y. and Larry Frantz of Grampian; and also, Alan John Frantz (Sandy) of Geneva and Barbara Ann Bundy (Joel) of DuBois. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
