He was predeceased by: his parents, George Young and Evelyn Wallace Young; his stepson Clayton Fulmer; and his brother Ernie Young Due. He is survived by: his wife Eva M. Young (Fischer); his stepchildren, Sabrina L. Binkert (Patrick) of Rochester and Justin T. Fulmer of Erie Pa; his grandchildren, Halley and Steven Fulmer; his brother Homer; and his sister-in-law Betty Young of Canton, Ohio.
The family wishes donations in his memory be sent to the Home Savings Bank, in care of Eva Young, 998 Third St. Beaver, PA 15009.
