She was predeceased by: her father Edward Kozar, Jr.. She is survived by: her pet Pia; her husband Bill Dofner; her mother Nancy Kozar (Corry); her brother Scott Kozar; her daughter Elizabeth Eisenhauer; her husband Troy Eisenhauer; her son Michael Dofner (Brianna Lubic); and her nephew Kris Kozar (Amber Kozar).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Conway Missionary Alliance or the Beaver County Humane Society.
