It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James H. Chalmers Sr. (Rochester, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 3, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marjorie and Howard Mabin. He is survived by: his children, Natasha Ann-Marie Chalmers, Valerie L. Young and James H. "Bud" Chalmers II; his sister Delores M. "DoDo" Slappy; and also, Alberta Griswald and Albert Bynum.
