He is survived by: his parent Deuk Soon "Carol" Simmons; his siblings, Paul Simmons (Jamie) of Toledo, OH and Betty Guzzie (Sam Simoni) of Las Vegas; his siblings' children, Brad Guzzie (Amity), Kim Daccache (Mike), Susan Thomas (Tony) and David Simmons; and his friends, Keith, Stephanie McQuiston and Michael Suhy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
