He was predeceased by: his wife Linda; his parents, John Faller and Peg Faller; his father-in-law James Whitworth, Sr.; his sister Kay Uebing; his granddaughter Jessica Faller; and his great grandchild Grace Compton.
He is survived by: his children, Jack (Shelley), Jeff (Vikki), Tammi Tonya (Dennis) and Lisa; his grandchildren, Jacob (Sam), Zach (Liv), Tori (Preston), Chassidy (Jordan), Josh (Kelly), Krista (Lucas), Devin (Mel Rae), Dylan, Derek and Chad; and his great grandchildren, Nolan, Carter, Riley, Isabella, Kash, Harper, Maxwell and Colton.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Good Samaritan Hospice Beaver in Jack's memory.
