He was predeceased by: his parents, John W and Isabel Millacci Sr. (Cassidy); his wife Eileen Millacci (Dalton); and his siblings, Edward and Marie (Cookie).
He is survived by: his children, Edward Millacci (Marina) of Hemet, CA, John Millacci (June) of Midlothian, VA and Joleen Mesing (George); his grandchildren, Virginia, Alysha, Joslyn (Jimmy), Luke (Amy), Tanner (Chelsea), Trevor, John, Raquel, Jeremiah and Bridget; his great grandchild Crew; and his sisters, Mary Agnes Barnes (Annapolis, MD) and Margaret Hartman (Harrisburg).
