It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph J. Coppola of Rochester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 5, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Coppola and Teresa Rotura Coppola; his wife Joan Coppola (Scriva); his sister Rosa Loiacono; and his brother-in-law Carmen Scriva.
He is survived by: his daughter Theresa; his son-in-law James Jenkins; his sons, Theodore "Ted" Coppola, Rochester Twp and Rocky (Dawn); his grandchildren, Quintin Coppola of Freedom, Joseph Coppola of Freedom, Jennie (Pete Couch) of Freedom, Rachel (Dave Wagner) of Freedom and Christen Jenkins (Jesse) of Freedom; his great grandchildren, Haylie, Jimmie, Landon, Ashlynn and Bryce; and his sisters, Francesca Trimarchi of Italy and Maria Repaci of Italy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID 19 restrictions, the family wishes visitation to be private, with a total of 25 people, all must wear a mask. A Mass of Christian Burial, to be attended by family and friends, to take place, Thursday, October 8, 2020 at 12 noon, at St. Cecilia Roman Catholic Parish, 628 Virginia Avenue, Rochester, all attending must wear a mask.
