She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Palakovich; her husband Glen L. Mengel; and her sister Rosie Kidd. She is survived by: her parent Margaret Ann Genevie Palakovich; her children, Tammie L. Crnkovich and Glen E. Mengel (Jeff Petrilla); her grandson Stephen Crnkovich III; her brothers-in-law, Margaret Bush, Catherine Kline, Mildred Brown, Richard Brown, Julie Tooch, Richard Tooch and Michaela Gauthier; and also, North Hills, Joseph Palakovich and Edie Palakovich.
The family wishes memorial contributions be made, in lieu of flowers, to Concordia Lutheran Ministry, Good Samaritan Hospice, 134 Marwood Road, Cabot, PA 16023, in care of Beaver IPU.
