She was predeceased by: her sister Dorothy Puryear; and her great grandchild Cameron Ullerich. She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Ullerich (Bob), Betsy Berenson (Craig), Susan Klingelhoefer (Jimmy Chen) and Judy Pamer (Kevin); her grandchildren, Robert, Michael, Gary, Steve Ullerich, Kristy Breneman, Sophie Berenson and Karl Pamer; and her sister Nancy Krupa.

Donations may be made to the Beaver County Humane Society.
