She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent Hazenstab and Mary Hazenstab (Diehl); her husband William Leslie; and her siblings, Margaret Concelman, Doris Bell, Nell Whipple and Jerome Hazenstab.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jack Hazenstab (Lil) and Darl Allman; her niece Ruth Mrusek (Bernie); and her friends, Paul "Pete" and Tammy Pavlinich. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
