She is survived by: her father Andrew Matika; her son Nicholas Yanyanin of Economy; her siblings-in-law, Bill Budris of Center Township, Larry Yanyanin (Lynnie) of Freedom, Cheryl Maslek of Aspinwall and Laurene Yotes of Monaca; her nieces, Kristen Budris of Pittsburgh, Alexa Yanyanin of Moon Township, Ellen Filar (Joe) of Fox Chapel and Johnna Haller (Todd) of Monaca; her nephew Anthony Budris (Brandi) of Hopewell; her great-nieces, Afton, Amzey Budris of Hopewell, Sera and Vie Filar of Fox Chapel; her great-nephew Mitchell Maslek of Center Township; and her friends, Doreen Mole-West, Richard Caputo (Maritza), Raymond Caputo (Denise), Dominic Caputo (Linh), Greg Caputo (Ellen), Paula Quolke (Tom), Tom Panek (Patty), Roberta Good, Michael Matika, Mark Matika, Cathi Ashebill, James Karwoski, Thomas Karwoski (Deb), Beverly Karwoski, JT Karwoski, Jeff Karwoski, Dina Karwoski, Jill Valentine, Lorraine Walley, Marilou Gibbs, Tom Holsinger, Janet Knowton, Anita Hooke, Scott Antoline, Lauren Bensink, Gayle, Larry Piroli, Rozan and Jerry Antonetti. She is also survived by nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Huntsman Funeral Home (502 Adams St, Rochester, PA 15074). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Valley Parish (St. Felix) (450 13th St, Freedom, PA 15042).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Sisters of Saint Joseph, the Beaver County Humane Society, and the American Civil Liberties Union.
