He is survived by: his wife Lenora Mae West (Rose-Rossman); his son Howard E. West; his stepdaughters, Karen Ruby (Joseph) of Tionesta, PA and Gaye Herr (William) of Port Richey, FL; and his sister Mary Clayton. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren.
