He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Russell V. Harvey and Frances Kithcart Harvey; his siblings, Ruth, Eleanor, Charles Percy, Maryon, Pauline, Donald and Doris Colbenson of Tunkhannock; his children, Russell C. (Holly Harvey) of Geneseo, N. Y. and Ann H. (Norm Camille) of Rochester, N. Y.; his grandchildren, Linn Ray (Sean), Russel John Harvey (Kelli), Catherine Camille, John Camille and Charles Harvey (Heather); and his great grandchildren, Jami Hudak, Russell Dean, Mara Ann, Liam David, Carli Margaret, Seneca Meyer, Graci Linn, Emma Jean and Sara Linn. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
