He is survived by: his parent Isabel Cozad (Whipple); his children-in-law, Michael Cozad (Helen) of Crafton, PA, Mark Cozad (Donna) of Cranberry, PA, Anita Neff (Brian) of Cape Coral, FL, Mary Jo Follmer (Carl) of Freedom, PA, Julia Jenkins (Jeff) of Erie, PA and Teresa Carney (Chris) of Cantonsville, MD; his grandchildren, Christopher of Erin, A. J., Molly, Kelly, Logan, Patrick, Maura, Haley, Kevin and Nolan; and his brothers-in-law, Vicki Mentzer (Jahn) and Paul Koprivnak. He is also survived by four great grandchildren; his sister.
