It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah B. Barclay Lightner (Rochester, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 9, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Victor; her parents, Margaret Barclay and Edmund Barclay; and her siblings, Clarence Barclay (Juanita), Harold Barclay (Aggie) and Martha Pettit (Howard).

She is survived by: her siblings, Marian Kughn (Keith) of Waynesburg, John (Weedena) of Henderson, James (Patricia) of Honeoye Falls, N. Y. and David (Sylvane) of Langley, Wash.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
