He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Jr. Welsh and Shirley Welsh. He is survived by: his sisters, Deborah Bender (David) and Beth Ann Welsh (Ken Winterborne); his nieces, Cheyenne Rossi, Deyenna Bender and Shelby McConnell; his great-niece Gianna Rossi; and his great-nephews, Gabriel Cofer and Carter McConnell.
