It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William F. Stelter Jr. (Rochester, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 29, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly J. Brewer Stelter; his grandchildren, Brian Stelter and Nicole Brewer; and his son-in-law Dutch Altman. He is survived by: his significant other Eileen Coberly; his son William F. III; his daughter-in-law Millie Stelter; his daughters, Brenda K. (Dennis Brewer), Rochester Twp and Bonnie J. Altman; his grandchildren, Christine Kirby (Joseph), Billie Jo Smith (Rick), Zachary Brewer (Amanda), Jeffrey, Miranda Altman, Michael Davis, D. J. and Tim Brewer; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Cheyenne, Lawson, Josh, Ryan, Trevor, Emmalyn and Oliver; his sister Dolores Reisinger; and his granddaughter-in-law Erin Stelter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
