He is survived by : his fiancée Diana Rozanski; his children, Francis Xavier Fontaine III (Amanda) of Lancaster, Karen Hawkins (Steven) of Polk and Michelle Freer (Dennis) of Polk; his grandchildren, Kylie Ann Fontaine, Quinten James Fontaine, Justin Denrick Hawkins (Cheyanne), Derek James Freer and Lane Michael Freer; his sister Linda Fontaine of Meadville; and his friend Richard Cousins of Pittsburgh.
