She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Tarr and Isabell McClelland Tarr; her husband William B. Hayes; her siblings, Annie, Betty, Bob, Mike, Joann and Floyd; and her parents-in-law, Rev. Eugene Morford and Olive Morford.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Danielle Bourque (Nicholas), Sean Penker, Richard Ozarowski, Eric Taverna, Ryan Taverna, Sarah Morford and Donald A. Morford III; and her great grandchildren, Jania, Nicholas, Summer and Amy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hillman Cancer Center.
