He was predeceased by : his parent Bonifacio DeFranco; and his siblings, Dominick, Michael, Lawrence, Leonard, Anthony, Beatrice Crafa and Mary DiEdwardo.

He is survived by : his parent Rosaria DeFranco (Yannuzzi); his wife Rose Romano; his daughter Rita Popovice (William) of Pen Argyl, PA; and his sister-in-law Lucy Romano. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
