She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis A. Pavlick, Jr.; her parents, Andrew Mastic, and Anna Marie Mastic, Sr. of Canonsburg, PA.; and her sister Lois Ann Carson (late William). She is survived by: her daughters, Rosemary Gionta (Ronald), Mary Beth Holthaus and Nancy Michalowski (late Edward); her brother Andrew J. Mastic, Jr. (Martha); her grandchildren, Lisa Marie Holthaus Hansen (Brandon), Anthony Gionta and Andrea Gionta Gonsman (Adam); and her great grandchildren, Paige Julia Hansen and Tyler Thorson Hansen. She is also survived by her family and friends.
