She was predeceased by: her parents, John Novak and Louise Novak (Kubit); her husband James S. Connolly; and her siblings, Mary, Stanley, Michael, Josephine and Kathryn.
She is survived by: her children, Helen Louise Carroll of Rostraver Township, Dr. James Connolly (Loris) of Rostraver Township, Sharon Connolly of Rostraver Township, David Connolly (Kim) of Rostraver Township and Michael Connolly (Barbara) of Coraopolis; her grandchildren, Jeremy Musisko (Ryan Farquhar) of Rostraver Township, Chelsie Musisko of Monessen, Courtney Connolly of Australia, Jocelyn Connolly of Phoenix, AZ, Ian Connolly (Natalie) of Canonsburg, Camryn Connolly of Daytona Beach, FL and John J. Carroll of Rostraver Township; and her great grandchildren, Graycen Musisko, Domenico Connolly and Nicolette Connolly.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Church of St. Anne (1870 Rostraver Rd, Belle Vernon, PA 15012). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
