She was predeceased by: her parents, Mathias and Elizabeth (Spahitz); her husband John F. Kustafik Sr.; her siblings, William Decker, Frank Decker and Hilda Peste; and also James Abraham.
She is survived by: her child John F. Kustafik Jr.; her wife Carole; her grandchildren, Matthew, Jon, Wendy, Kyle, Derek and Nicole; her brother Alfred Decker; and also, David Kustafik (Suellen) and Martin Kustafik.
