Phinney; his grandchildren, Kyle Fortman of Russell, PA and Cassidy (Adam Miller) of Warren, PA; his great grandchild Russell Miller; his sisters, Bonnie L. Tanski of Youngsville, PA and Charlene B. Davidson (Les) of Youngsville, PA; his friend Frank Sturdevant of Russell, PA; and his wife Rowena Yeskey Nelson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and cousins.
