He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Harper and Mary Harper. He is survived by: his close friend Russell W. Lutz of Camp Hill; and his siblings, Betty Jane Durrance of Delton, FL, Bonnie Hasson of Orlando, FL, Edward Harper, Canton and Bernie Harper of Geneva, FL.
Due to Covid 19 restriction family and friends are to wear mask and follow social distance as required.
