It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie V. Barrett of Russell, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 17, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Lundmark and Vidella R. Lundmark. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey V. Barrett (Darlene) of Russell, PA, Charles E. Barrett (Judy) of Russell, PA, Virginia A. "Ginny" Barrett of Warren, PA and Rebecca S. McClement (Barry) of Russell, PA; her grandchildren, Angela Page (Eric) of Colchester, Nicole Morine of Berkley, Kelsie Morine of Russell, PA, Scott Barrett (Janine) of Littleton and Jason Morine of Pittsburgh, PA; her great grandchildren, Kiersten Page, Danny Page and Brooklyn Barrett; her husband William E. Barrett; and her sisters, Evelyn Haller, Bernice Sears, Anna Lundmark and Beverly Hunt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
