She was predeceased by: her husband Russell S. Pleva, Sr.; and her siblings, Ann Yakobosky, Andrew Fanok and John Fanok. She is survived by: her daughters, Geralyn Ellingsworth (Sam), Downingtown and Janine Haines (Cliff); and her granddaughters, Kelly Pleva and Hannah Ellingsworth. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
