He is survived by: his wife Vicki J. Brunecz Blackmer; his daughters, Cindy Furlow (Denny) of Ashville, N. Y. and Lisa Teboe of Jamestown, N. Y.; his son-in-law Bret Teboe; his stepbrother Barry Crist (Marie) of Pittsfield; and his grandchildren, Casey McGaffick, Marcey Larson (Phil), Stacy Ibrahim (Freddie), Brandon, Jackson, Chase and Hunter Teboe.
