She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Rapp and Mabel Rapp; her husband Raymond J. Briggs; her son Gerry Briggs; her granddaughter Erin Briggs; her stepmother Ruth Rapp; and her sisters, Phyllis DeLong and Patti Rapp.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Bloomgren (Jerald) of Sugar Grove, PA, Joy Darr (Donald) of Russell, PA, Karen Briggs of Knoxville, TN and Linda Shepard (Richard) of Bloomington, Ind.; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Tracy, Jill, Daniel, Anna, Wesley and Macy. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
