It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willis M. Phillips of Russell, Pennsylvania, born in Jamestown, New York, who passed away on March 31, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Phillips and Mona Singer Phillips; his wife Marjorie Ramsdell; and his son-in-law Pat Glasby. He is survived by: his children, Randal Phillips (Rachel) of Warren, PA., Jon Phillips (Wendi) of Elyria, OH., Brenda Glasby (Pat) of Yorba Linda, CA. and Julie Curtis (Jay) of Sugar Grove, PA.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
