He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Lamperski and Regina E. Lamperski (McKibben); his wife Margaret "Margie" K. Lamperski (McDermott); and his siblings, Anthony J. Lamperski and Jean Filek.
He is survived by: his children, Donna K. Hayward (Willow) of Castleton, VT, Douglas P. Lamperski (Terry) of Cheswick and Andrew T. (Adrian); and his grandchildren, Alex, Zachary, Caleb Lamperski, Ben Hayward (Oliver Allen) and Samantha Hayward.
