He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter O. Lewis and Arlene T. Walker; and his granddaughter Hannah Leora Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Andy Lewis (Geri Ann), Heather Lewis of Port Allegany, PA and Patti Spielman (Scott); and his grandchildren, Dalton, Parker, Jacob and Jared. He is also survived by one brother, four sisters.
