He was predeceased by: his mother Arlene Engle; and his wife Gloria Engle (Fready). He is survived by: his children, Patrick Engle and Sonja Spickler (Curtis) of Sacramento, PA; and his stepchildren, Gloria Jean Jones (Edward) of Lancaster, Shirley Shank (Chuck) of Marietta, Patricia Shirk of Lancaster, Alice Courtney (Jeffrey) of Rheems, Mark Fready (Missy) of Lancaster, John Fready of Lancaster, Daniel Fready (Linda) of Mount Joy and Jenny Fready. He is also survived by five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and numerous step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
