She was predeceased by: her mother Myrtle (Heuyard); and her children, John Strogan, Jr. and Sheri Strogan Ostrosky. She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Strogan (Denise) of Parkesburg and Yuvonne Hearn-Carr (Richard) of Sadsburyville; and her sisters, Shirley Hilton (Robert) of Modena and Joan Taylor of Coatesville. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
