She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Behunek and Viola McClusky Behunek; her husband Gerald W. Smith, Sr.; and her siblings, Florence, Bertha and Frank.
She is survived by: her sons, William R. Smith of Guys Mills, Donald Smith, Stanley Smith of Meadville, Gerald W. Smith, Jr. of Reading, PA and Brad Smith of Saegertown; and her grandchildren, Alexis Smith (Kurt Crytzer), Kelly Young and Nathan Smith.
