He is survived by: his sister Ruth Monroe of Lemon Grove, CA; his nephews, Joseph Monroe of Lemon Grove, CA and Kurt Johnson (Suzanne) of Colorado; his niece Heidi Johnson (Charles) of Hudson, OH; and his close friends, John and Paula Newhard of Saegertown.
